At Seattle Coffee Gear, we want you to love your brew; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that used equipment may be subject to a restocking fee to ensure we can continue offering competitive pricing and expert support.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Pack With Care

  Carefully pack your coffee gear in its original manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with ample padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our technicians inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
